She finished her Bachelor of Arts Degree, as well as, her 36 units of Masteral Degree in Sociology in the same institution, Xavier University, Ateneo de Cagayan. She is an accredited trainer of the Cooperative Development Authority, Region X.

Having finished her Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry at the St. John Vianney Theological Seminary in Cagayan de Oro City, she also conducts retreats and recollections to professionals, teachers, students and church workers, etc. She was the former Executive Director of the Mindanao Center for Pastoral Development, (MCPD) a non-profit organization engaged in Christian leadership and spirituality based in Cagayan de Oro City.

At present, she is the HR Director of M & A Resource Training Center.
