He has facilitated more than 300 trainings and seminars and conferences both in the local and national level in the credit union sector. He has also formulated the annual training programs and courses for MASS-SPECC’s Institute of Cooperative Studies for 7 years. Likewise, he had conducted trainings on the Regional, Cluster and On-site levels for Board of Directors, Committee Officers, Management & Staff in the cooperatives, as well as, designed seminar workshops to private companies, foundations, government agencies and business establishments.

His professional experience from trainings and seminars enabled him to become proficient in various capacities in every aspect of training and development and can deal with different types of target audiences.

At present, he is the managing partner of M&A Resource Training Center and President of Synergos Resource Center, Inc.
