She has extensive experience in savings and credit operations, particularly, in analyzing financial ratios using PEARLS monitoring tool and COOP PESOS; skills she acquired while working with foreign funded-projects, appraisal of micro-finance and micro enterprise projects of cooperatives such as DA-SMAP, WOCCU-CUES Phils, NATCCO-SEDCOP and the Model Cooperative Network (MCN).

As a trainer and facilitator, she was tapped as a resource speaker for various agencies and organizations such as Cooperatives and NGOs. Her exposure and experiences in these areas made her skilled in designing and handling training programs.

Currently, she works as an Executive Director for Model Cooperative Network (MCN, is a federation of the FOCCUS-branded cooperatives based in Davao City.
